This Privacy Policy explains how Fusion Core ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the Fusion Core IPTV application (the "App") and the website at fusioncoreiptv.com (the "Site"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to this policy.

1. What Fusion Core IPTV is

Fusion Core IPTV is a media player only. We do not provide, host, supply, distribute or sell any television channels, streams, playlists, films or other media content. The App contains no pre-loaded content. You connect the App to an IPTV service that you have obtained separately, and any data exchanged with that service is between you and your provider.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: the email address and password you use to create an account. Passwords are stored only as a securely hashed value — we never store them in plain text.
• Purchase information: when you buy the one-off unlock, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive a confirmation that payment succeeded and a transaction reference, but we do not receive or store your card number.
• Device / trial information: to provide the free trial and prevent abuse, the App may send an anonymous device identifier so we can record when a trial began.
• Basic technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) used for security and to keep the service running.

We do not collect, monitor or log what you watch, your IPTV provider's credentials, or your viewing history. Those stay on your device.

3. How we use information

• To create and secure your account and sign you in.
• To process your one-off unlock payment and link it to your account.
• To provide and manage the 48-hour free trial.
• To provide support and respond to your enquiries.
• To protect the service against fraud, abuse and technical faults.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that make the service possible:

• Stripe — to process payments securely. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
• Microsoft — if you install via the Microsoft Store, Microsoft handles the store listing and distribution under its own privacy terms.
• Where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and purchase records for as long as your account exists, so we can honour your lifetime unlock. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see Contact).

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

7. Children

The App and Site are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above will reflect any changes, and continued use of the App or Site means you accept the revised policy.
