These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Fusion Core IPTV application (the "App") and the website at fusioncoreiptv.com (the "Site"), provided by Fusion Core ("we", "us", "our"). By installing, accessing or using the App or Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Site.

Important — Fusion Core IPTV is a player only. It does not provide, host, supply, distribute or sell any television channels, streams, playlists, films or other media content, and it ships with no content and no links to content. You are solely responsible for the IPTV service and content you choose to connect to the App and for ensuring your use is lawful in your jurisdiction.

1. The licence we grant you

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the App. The one-off purchase unlocks the App's full features on the devices on your home network. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit the App.

2. Free trial

The App includes a 48-hour free trial that begins when you first install it. After the trial ends, you must purchase the one-off unlock to continue using the full App. We may change the length of, or withdraw, the trial for future installs at our discretion.

3. Purchase, price and refunds

The App is unlocked by a single one-off payment of £8.99 (GBP), processed securely by Stripe. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
The unlock is tied to your Fusion Core account and applies to unlimited devices on your home network.
Because the unlock grants immediate digital access, it is generally non-refundable once activated, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us.

4. Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate account information and keep your password secure.
You are responsible for any IPTV service, login, playlist or content you connect to the App, and for holding any rights or subscriptions required to access it lawfully.
You must not use the App to infringe the rights of others or to access content you are not authorised to access.
You must not attempt to circumvent the trial, the unlock, or any technical protection in the App.

5. No content warranty

We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the availability, legality, quality or content of any third-party IPTV service you connect to the App. Any dispute regarding such services is between you and that provider.

6. Intellectual property

The App, the Site, and all related trademarks, branding and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App and Site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or provider.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App or any third-party service connected to it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the App unlawfully. You may stop using the App at any time.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the latest version, and continued use of the App or Site means you accept the revised Terms.
